Dear Olathe North Senior Parents,
National statistics show that more young people between the ages of 16 and 20 are injured or killed between the hours of 10p.m. and 4a.m. during graduation season(May/June)/night of graduation than during any other time of the year. PROJECT GRADUATION is one way to fight these alarming facts and teach our kids to celebrate smart! Project Graduation provides our graduating seniors with a safe and fun environment that is drug and alcohol free to celebrate their accomplishments. We need our school community to once again come together and support this great tradition.
ON Project Graduation is a mostly senior parent volunteer group that will organize an all-night drug and alcohol free event on Sunday May 20th, 2018. Your support will help ensure our graduating seniors have a place to celebrate all their hard work over their last 12 years of school.
We will be holding fund-raising events throughout the year to raise money to cover the costs of renting out the Fieldhouse in Gardner and to provide the entertainment, food and alchohol free drinks for the seniors on Graduation Night. Please support these efforts as possible. Events will Include dine-outs, 50/50 raffles at football games, bagging groceries at Hy-Vee, and selling trash-bags.
Our first event is a dine out at Chipoltle 119th and Blackbob on August 22, 2017 from 4 PM to 9 PM. Please take the attached flyer , or a copy the flyer on your phone with you and present it when you pay. A great way to get dinner for your family before back to school night at ON. Please also invite all your friends and neighbors.

On behalf of the graduating class of 2018 Thank you, in advance, for your consideration and support of this truly special program for our graduating seniors. We look forward to a fun year and great end of the year party.
